Our Mission
Statement
To fulfill the vision; the School's mission is to:
- Provide students with an educational environment conducive to learning beyond books.
- Offer ample exposure to social awareness and current affairs.
- Create opportunities for students to develop leadership qualities, decision-making, thinking, and oratory skills.
- Encourage students to explore and cultivate compassion, ethics, morals and values.
Measurable Indicators:
- Implement at least 3 programs annually focused on social awareness and current affairs.
- Conduct atleast 3 activities / workshops based on leadership for all student cabinet.
- Organize atleast 3 public speaking classwise activities in a year. (Activities to develop speaking skills like elocution, debate, extempore, declamation, picture talks, speeches, poetry recitation, story telling, MUN sessions, etc.)
- Introduce a value-based curriculum on culture, ethics and morals with atleast one activity per month. (Weekly attributes in Assembly, monthly displays, Workshops or enrichment programs, cultural events, Essay writing, various clubs, Interact events, etc.)
To make the mission Achievable below mentioned plan is followed:
- Partnering with local organizations to facilitate social awareness programs.
- Inviting qualified trainers / authorities / Important dignitaries / parents / experts for development of leadership skills.
- Allocating resources and time within the school schedule for these activities.
Relevancy of the mission statement is ensured by:
- The above initiatives are aligned with the school's broader educational goals.
- Designing all activities ensuring overall development of students beyond academic learning.
Time-Bound execution:
- Achieve full implementation of these programs by planning stepwise achievable quality outcomes every year and achieve the goal over a period of 5 years.
- Review and adjust programs at the end of each term to ensure they meet desired outcomes.
Quality Objectives
- SMART Objective 1:
- By the end of the academic year, our students will have won prizes in at least three co-scholastic activities at the District, State, Regional or National levels.
- Specification:
- Students will participate and win prizes in at least three co-scholastic activities, such as sports, arts or interschool competitions, at the District, State, Regional or National levels.
- Measurable Indicator:
- Win at least three prizes.
- To make the above quality objective Achievable, School shall:
- Provide necessary resources, training and opportunities for students to participate in these competitions.
- Relevancy:
- Winning prizes at various levels boosts the school's reputation and student morale.
- Time-Bound:
- This objective will be achieved within one academic year.
- SMART Objective 2:
- By the end of the academic year, the average annual academic performance will be at least - 80% for Class I-II, 75% for Class III-V and 70% for Class VI-XII.
- Specification:
- Setting clear percentage targets for each class level as - 80% for Class I-II, 75% for Class III-V and 70% for Class VI-XII.
- Measurable Indicator:
- Annual academic performance will be assessed through exams and evaluations.
- To make the above quality objective Achievable, School shall:
- Ensure teachers are provided with the necessary resources and training to meet these targets.
- Relevancy:
- Maintaining high academic performance is crucial for student success and school reputation.
- Time-Bound:
- The targeted class average shall be achieved by the end of each academic year.
- SMART Objective 3:
- By the end of the academic year, 80% of the lab resources (including Science / subject / ICT) shall be used, with usage monitored and analysed half yearly for potential improvements.
- Specification:
- Ensuring 80% of subject lab Science / subject / ICT resources are utilized.
- Measurable Indicator:
- Tracking and analysing lab resource usage data.
- To make the above quality objective Achievable, School shall:
- Have a schedule timetable for ICT and lab sessions and integrate lab work into the curriculum.
- Periodic training for experiential learning shall be given to the teachers.
- Relevancy:
- Effective use of lab resources enhances hands-on learning and student understanding.
- Time-Bound:
- Usage will be monitored and analysed twice a year (half-yearly) and achieved by the end of an academic year.
