Fees Structure

Dear Parent,

As you are already aware, VPS Vapi is in the purview of the Gujarat Self-Financed Schools (Regulation of Fees) Act, 2017. As per the recommendation of Supreme Court and the Government of Gujarat, we have submitted our proposed fee structure to the Fee Regulatory Committee, Surat for further information and approval for the year 2024-25.


As an interim arrangement until clarity prevails in this matter, refer the following till we receive final fee approval Admission Process of 2024-25.

Note

Amount paid at the time of admission is neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances, even in case where a student wants to withdraw from the school after having taken admission.

No fees / charges, partial or full, will be refunded if the said student is required to leave the school during term-time for any reasons. One clear calendar months' notice in writing or a months' fee in lieu of notice must be given before student is withdrawn.

The provisional fee and head of fees will be applicable until we receive the final FRC approved fees. Provisional fee 2024-25 is applicable until the final fee for the academic year 2024-25 is declared by the appropriate authority. Difference of amount wherever applicable, if any will be collected / refunded / adjusted for every student based on the final outcome of pending sub-judice matter. The provisional fee and amount collected under these heads will be appropriated under different / new heads as decided / ordered by the competent authority and School Managing Committee based on the final outcome of the sub-judice matter.

Fees Payment

Vapi Public School is a private school and does not receive any grant-in-aid. The expenditure of the school is fully met from the fees. Fees are paid for 12 months of the year. Increase in the cost of living, Government Scale and dearness allowance are the guiding factors, while setting the fees.

Fees shall be paid by Demand Draft / Local Cheque. Fees are paid on quarterly basis. If fees are not paid by due date, a fine of ₹ 100 per week will be levied.

There is always a demand for admission to the school in all classes at the beginning of the session. It is therefore imperative that fees shall be paid in 4 Quarters as per the scheduled dates given below:

If the fee is not paid, or there is no information regarding the reason for non-payment of fees, the student's name will be struck off the rolls and new admission will be made in the vacancy thus created.

The student may be readmitted if the vacancy exists, on paying re-admission fees.

Students admission will be cancelled for non-payment of school fees or irregular attendance without sufficient reason during or at the end of the term.

The School Management reserves the right to revise the fees as and when necessary.
